We downloaded protein-protein interaction data from eight different sources, including BioGRID (Stark et al. Nucleic Acids Res. 2006), ConsensusPathDB (Kamburov et al. Nucleic Acids Res. 2022), GeneMANIA (Franz et al. Nucleic Acids Res. 2018), HumanNet (Kim et al. Nucleic Acids Res. 2022), Interactome INSIDER (Meyer et al. Nat Methods. 2018),HuRI (Luck et al. Nature. 2020), Huttlin et al. cell. 2021, Li et al. Nat Methods. 2017. We merged these datasets, and obtained 9,021,673 non-redundant protein-protein interactors.
