Where does this data come from?

The data obtained from McAfee et al. In this paper, the authors performed a massively parallel reporter assay (MPRA) on 5,173 fine-mapped schizophrenia GWAS variants in primary human neural progenitors (HNPs) and identified 439 variants with allelic regulatory effects (MPRA-positive variants). More details about the data description and experimental procedure can be founded in the original publication: Systematic investigation of allelic regulatory activity of schizophrenia-associated common variants. Cell Genom. 2023;3(10):100404 [PMID: 37868037]. If you used this data, please cite the relative reference.
