We Downloaded this data from PsychENCODE. PsychENCODE Consortium brings together multidisciplinary teams to study the molecular basis of neuropsychiatric diseases. PsychENCODE members generate large-scale gene expression and regulatory data from human postmortem brain tissues in major psychiatric disorders across multiple developmental stages. For the gene differential expression data, PsychENCODE Consortium collected 559 and 936 postmortem brain of schizophrenia patients and healthy controls, respectively, and identified 4821 differentlly expressed genes with FDR < 0.05. More details about the PsychENCODE description and data analysis procedure can be found in the original publication. (Gandal et al. 2018.
