The data was downloaded from Lieber Institute for Brain Development (LIBD). RNA data was collected from hippocampus and dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC) of 551 individuals (286 with schizophrenia), and identified 48 and 245 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) associated with schizophrenia within the hippocampus and DLPFC.
