Where does this data come from?

The transcriptome-wide association studies (TWAS) data was downloaded from Dang et al. In this study, TWAS analysis used eQTL weights from PsychENCODE, and the dataset contains human brain samples from 1,321 unique individuals, finally, a total of 277 schizophrenia risk genes were identified. More details about the data description and data analysis procedure can be found in the original publication (Gene-level analysis reveals the genetic aetiology and therapeutic targets of schizophrenia. Nature Human Behaviour [PMID: 39753749]. If you used the TWAS data, please cite the original paper [PMID: 39753749].
