The proteome-wide association studies (PWAS) data was downloaded from Dang et al. In this study, PWAS analysis used two human brain pQTL weights from Banner Brain Database (Banner) and Religious Orders Study and Memory and Aging Project (ROSMAP), Banner contains 152 samples and ROSMAP contains 376 samples, and identified 58 and 52 significant schizophrenia risk proteins, respectively.
